All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location. Hi-Tech Electrical & Fire Corp is a Licensed Electrical Contractor, License #EC13002608.

3. Estimates and Quotes

Free estimates and quotes are provided as a courtesy and do not constitute a binding contract. Final pricing may differ from initial estimates based on site conditions, code requirements, and scope changes. We will communicate any pricing changes before proceeding with work.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Services can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or by email. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service call fee.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are quoted based on the scope of work and site conditions. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, checks, and bank transfers. Prices are subject to change without notice for future services.

6. Warranty and Satisfaction

All work is guaranteed for the quality of workmanship. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange to address your concerns at no additional cost. Warranty does not cover damage caused by third parties, Acts of God, or modifications made by others after our service.

7. Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your property, Hi-Tech Electrical & Fire Corp is not liable for pre-existing damage or damage to items that were not disclosed prior to service. Our electricians are fully licensed, insured, and bonded.

8. Access to Property

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure our electricians have access to the property at the scheduled time. If access is not available, a service call fee may be charged.

9. Permits and Inspections

For work requiring electrical permits, Hi-Tech Electrical & Fire Corp will file and manage the permit process. Permit fees, if applicable, are included in the quoted price unless otherwise stated. We coordinate all required inspections with local authorities.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

11. Changes to Terms

Hi-Tech Electrical & Fire Corp reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
